End of December

Very little new snow this week. Went to Bolton and it was marginal at best. Really need a 6 inch+ storm to make things good again.

Worked on local trails. There is about 2.5 miles of trail now. Added about a mile and fixed up the 1.5 miles that were already done. Also made it up to the hill 2 miles South. Pretty significant cliffs on this hill and mountain biking trails in the area. Need to figure out a good way to get up there.

Day 1 downhill

What was open was pretty good. Nose dive, centerline, and the usual groomers. Some natural snow last weekend combined with snow making made for some fairly reasonable conditions.

Maine local ski

There is a golf course close to Erin and Erica's house. It was a perfect sunny day with a mix of groomed trails and fresh snow. A nice place to have close to your house!

The Graduate

Erin graduated from nursing school! We were in ME to celebrate.

A big accomplishment combining school and work!

Boston Aquarium

I didn't take these pictures. I didn't go to the aquarium. Put them up since they are so different than the current winter VT reality. It does look like something worth doing.

Another colorful place I didn't visit. Shelburne Museum "Winter Lights":
