We are likely coming to the end of a pretty nice ten day stretch of good snow. Rain in the forecast tomorrow and 50. We shall see how that goes. It has been nice winter skiing. Today was Spring however with blue skys. They opened up pretty much everything. The woods were better than expected with the snow from two days ago still untouched in a number of areas. It felt like late March today.
Smugglers Notch x country trails then a ski on the closed notch road. Nice sunny day. Warm, above freezing, while skiing.
Another day at Stowe. Two inches of snow the night before. They groomed lift line before it snowed so the first few runs down it were very nice. A nice day and on the warm side, 35, and not much wind.
A few days after the storm but still very nice. Light powder on top of plenty of base.
Paradise Pass to White Rabbit to George's Gorge to North Slope. Other trails to connect all that together.
The next day at Stowe. Still good snow and sunny! This is the busy MA school vacation week but I made it work. Early on quad then to sensation then back to quad after 11:30.
