End of May

 A fairly typical May in VT. Very hot, cold, blue sky, rain, clouds.

Belvidere mountain: Black flies, view of lots of woods/wilderness from the top. Moose poop everywhere on LT heading North near the top.

Talked to person who recommended loop trail on other side of mountain. Take left past asbestos mine and park on that side. Something to look into...

Spring in VT

 OK. Early Spring. Starting to see Spring flowers. Still plenty of snow up higher in the mountains. Stowe still looks skiable although I am not sure I am interested at this point in the season.
