Maine Fog

 It has been about 40 degrees for a few days. There is still snow on the ground but melting. This day was a foggy walk at Shaw Park.

Portland

 A day of pickleball and then walking around in Portland. It has been cold with reasonable x country skiing. Today however was warm (40) and it looks like it will stay that way for a few days.

Scarborough Beach State Park

 This was our first time to Scarborough Beach State Park. A large beach and lots of open area at near low tide. It was a nice day visually but windy and cold so it made it harder to appreciate it. There is a frozen fresh water pond near the entrance that has nice ice for skating.

 Nice 6 inches of snow that made skiing good again. Still snow, wind, and general storm conditions when we to went out.

Marsh and Bog

Scarborough Marsh: Ocean marsh.

Saco Heath Preserve: Bog with lots of board walks. Unique area.
