Mayors Cup - sailboat race in Plattsburgh NY.
This is one of the larger summer races on the lake. Nice day with reasonable winds around 10 knots. Slowed somewhat in the afternoon toward the end of the race. The race was three hours long. Racing on John and Jill's J24.
The pictures below are traveling from Mallets Bay to Plattsburgh and back. No pictures during the race. Too much happening during the race to take pictures. Left at 5:30 AM and returned around 9PM. BBQ at the Naked Turtle (bar) afterward. A very nice day but pretty tired by the time I got home!
