Hunger Mt from Middlesex

An interesting loop around Mt Hunger and White Rock from the Middlesex side. A nice summer day, hot going up, and cool (60) at the top.  Directions to trail head below. Maybe 5 miles?

The well-marked Shady Rill Road turns left off Route 12 just after the Wrightsville Reservoir boat launch. From there, travel 2.2 miles to a four corner. Turn right onto Story Road for .4 mile. Bear left onto Chase Road for just .1 mile, then left onto North Bear Swamp Road. Drive 1.9 miles on this road to a little parking lot on the right.
