Sailing J24 Portland Maine

J24 Downeast regatta at the Portland yacht club.
Sat and Sun racing just North of Portland. Nice day Saturday and then more wind Sunday after some AM storms. Great place to sail and nice to get out on the ocean. Went with John, Jill, Dave, and Mike. We ended up 3rd out of 21 boats.
Saturday night was lobster, clams, corn, and potatoes all cooked on a large fire outside the club. A crew member from Jam, another VT boat, had 7 lobsters! Unlimited beer and rum. They know how to run a regatta!
We were bow number 40 and sail number 1048. Some pictures below. I tried to include out boat (Spooky) in most of them.

Ramp going to dock at Portland yacht club

The next 2 pictures were up on the regatta web site but I think they are from last years race. We were in that one also!
