Small window of winter

It snowed 3-5 in the mtns tue night and I made it out wed. Skiing in Jan has been rough so far. The forecast calls for too warm weather for the rest of the week so this may be the only day for another week. It did turn out to be a nice day. Enough heavy snow to cover the ice and lower down the dirt. Breaking trail was easy since there wasn't much snow and the temps stayed just cold enough to keep the snow good for downhill. Kept going since it was a nice day and made it close to the battleground condos. Didn't go to the condos because the snow got too thin as I dropped down into that area. Hopefully things get better in February.
