Westbrook ME area

A long weekend in Maine visiting Erica and Erin. Biking, paddling, beach walking, and a few brewery visits.

Day 1 was biking right from the house in Westbrook. An area of dirt roads in the woods and around a golf course. Also some mountain bike trails for some of it. Great place to have right next to your house. We biked from there in to town and met their friends Zoe and Joel. Good way to spend an afternoon!

The next day we visited Erin's family in the Ferry Beach area. A birthday celebration for Kathy, Erin's mom. Great people, food, and a walk on the beach.

Labor day AM we went paddling in the Pleasant river starting at the Mt Division trail parking area and going to some rapids just before Dundee pond. Very little wind and a near perfect day to be out on the river.

Pictures from Erin, Erica, and me.
