Probably the last bike ride of the season today. 65 degrees and sunny on the bike path in Grand Jct. Started at the Blue Heron Boat Ramp and went toward Palisade. Half the pictures are walking near the house on previous days.

We took a short walk in the morning near the river and then headed up to Canyonlands. We went to Mesa Arch, Murphy Point, and Grand View. We spent some time at Murphy Point going to the point but then heading down into the canyon some on Murphy/hogback. There is a large loop here that should be done on a return trip. Checked out some petroglyphs on the way out on route 313. Yet another nice day.
Apache Motel, where we stayed, was a great clean low budget option. Tell them "John Wayne Sent You" on the next booking.
