Ski - hike combo

First day of skiing at Stowe. It has been a slow start to the season so not many trails open. What was open was good with some snow from the night before on top of the man made. No ice, so a pleasant day. Covid means I ride with one other person who sits on opposite end of quad. Seems reasonable. I didn't go in the lodge to see what happens there. After skiing for 3 hours I hiked on the LT South to Taft Lodge and a half mile beyond. Pretty nice snow up high (3000+ feet).

Stowe - LT to Madonna

 A nice Nov like day. Still not enough snow to ski. Start at closed Smugglers Notch road in Stowe and went on LT North to Madonna and back. Nice day and saw no one.
