More skiing...
Definitely Spring the two days I went this week (3/17-3/18). Next week looks like Spring all week.

Exploring around Georgia VT. We first went to Milton Town Forest. We walked 3 miles and that was maybe 1/3 of what is there. Nice area. A river, a pond, a swamp, and some ledge in the open where you could seen Mansfield from a different angle. Smugglers Notch ski trails were visible.
Then off to Mill River Falls. A short walk past a pretty nice waterfall, along a river, and out into Lake Champlain. Good in the winter and now but probably pretty wet in the Spring. Lots of birds including a few hawks or maybe eagles? Looks like a great area for birds.
Final quick stop at Georgia Beach. Nice main lake access which could be good for swimming or biking to some day.

This week had winter snow, early Spring and late Spring snow. Had a winter day at Bolton and then two Spring days at Stowe. The first day (wed) was blue sky and cold enough to have a mix of snow. Very nice day. It got pretty warm wed in the afternoon but nothing like Thu. Thu was late Spring skiing all day. Fun days but it will be getting cold again soon so we will need more snow after everything freezes again.
