Corsica - Part 3

Stayed in Ile Rousse and did a loop inland. Rode by olive trees and vineyards and had some pretty good climbs including a short steep one. Different type of riding than what we had been doing along the coast. Interesting day and more swimming at the La Pietra hotel. Most of the food, wine, beer in Corsica seems to come from Corsica. A lot of the restaurants have Corsica wine only and Pietra is the Corsica beer. Not sure what connection the hotel had with beer (same name).
