A 30 degree day with 30-40 mph winds which made it pretty cold anywhere you were exposed to the wind. We went up Turtleback Mountain and Bald Knob. These are both at Castle in the Clouds. Great view of Winnipesaukee from Bald Knob and views of what I think is mt Shaw from Turtleback Mountain. Turtleback has columnar joints which are rock features that are also found at Devils Tower.
