Acadia NP - 6/29-7/1

Monday 6/29 was a rainy day. I got wet but it was a different look at the park. Went to Eagle Lake and the walked around Jordon Pond. The Jordon Pond trail goes around the whole pond right at the shoreline. No one around and views appearing and disappearing all day long. Turned on the heat at the hotel to dry everything out plus I was actually somewhat cold.
6/30 was cloudy with light drizzle off and on. Not a bad day for hiking particularly along the ocean. Day mountain to The Triad to Pemetic mountain. Lots of fog floating by. Pemetic is one of the higher mountains so would probably have good views on a clear day. Went to a new ocean area before Hunter Cliffs coming from Seal Harbor. Finally bubble pond.
7/1 I traveled back to NH but took one more ocean walk in the AM. The ocean was rough on this morning. You would not want to be in the water!

Michael and Sabrina gave me a card when I left the motel with a picture taken by Michael of the Harbor Head Lighthouse. He takes some very nice pictures! Here is a picture of the card:
