Another mountain that is hard to spell today. We were driving back to VT so looking for something on the way. We parked at The Flume right off 93. This is the start of the bike path, the start of the Pemmigewasset trail, and the Flume. Pemmigewasset is a 3 mile RT hike with views to Flume, Liberty, Hay Stack, Lincoln, and Lafayette. These views are somewhat through the trees so good to go in winter. The Flume, which is small canyon area with waterfalls, is also good in winter. In the summer they charge you to go there.
This day was partly cloudy although the sun was out here and there. Warm in the 40s particularly down lower at The Flume.
