North Hall Trail - Jackson NH

This turned into a great day. Better than expected snow. Two inches of soft untracked snow on plenty of base. There were one or two tracks from people who skied a day or so ago. This was a nice ungroomed trail that eventually connected with groomed trails. We turned around after a short ski on the groomed terrain as the trail we came up was a lot more interesting. Skied 7-8 miles.

We started at the Rocky Branch North Trailhead. This has a hiking trail that goes up to Mount Isolation and a ski trail that starts just before you get to the parking area. We mostly followed the North Hall Trail. This is a great trail and also has other options for another day: Avalanche Brook Ski Trail. No one on these trails today.
