A day in the Adirondacks starting at the ADK Loj. A tour of Avalanche Lake and then up and down Wright mtn on the way back. We got there at 8am and parking lot was maybe half full. Didn't see a lot of people on the trails. It was a warm day but nice at elevation and about 80 at the Loj at the end of the hike. This was 10 miles RT to go to Avalanche Lake and 5.5 additional for Wright Mountain. Getting in some hiking before what looks like 3 days of 90 degree weather coming up.
