Two Lights, Kettle Cove, Crescent Beach

A few State Parks today. Two Lights SP has nice ocean access with a rocky shore. Not a lot of trails here. Maybe a mile. Rocky wave crashing kind of shore. The wind was calm today but still some waves.

Kettle Cove SP has some marsh trails and a beach. It also is in walking distance of Crescent Beach SP which is a long sand beach with a few miles of trails at the end. These two paths together make for a nice varied three mile walk. At Kettle Cove we saw a boat with two sheep (rams) in it. A little surprising! They were bringing them out to Richmond Island to join others out there.

Last we went to Scarborough Marsh via the Eastern trail. Still a heron in early Dec in 30 degree temps. It better start flying South. Lots of ducks and geese around today at all locations where we were today.
