These are two 4000 footers in the presidential range. I started on the Webster Jackson trailhead in Crawford Notch near the lake that is the beginning of the Saco River which runs to the sea in Maine. I went to the Mizpa hut on the way up and then Jackson. The hut is high up at over 3500 feet. After climbing Pierce I went down the Crawford path. Nice loop walk with a waterfall. Great views of Washington and some of the other presidential mountains. Today was cloudy and cool. Made for comfortable hiking but not great photos. Ended at the Highland Lodge where I got lunch. Good day!
