A few inches Tue night and stayed cold. Nice week of skiing with comfortable temps and good snow. Tonight is a question mark. Probably some rain in the mountains. Today was clear, then cloudy, then snow at the end of the day. Very nice in the AM with nice colors and nice views. Everything including woods skiing pretty well.
Nice day at Camels Hump Ski Association. Nice snow and reasonable temperatures after two days of very cold weather. This is a nice trail system and the fact that it connects to the Catamount trail and the Challenge Trail is a big plus. Would like to get out on the Challenge Trail before the season is over.
No new snow last night but there was fresh snow to be found all day. Very few people at the mountain today. For the last few days they had snow making operations that blocked access to Hayride woods. Today you could get there and it was untracked. Also some good woods below that.
Fun to ski with the group again today. Explored the other side of the road (Sensation lift) for a few runs. Mixed results over there. Also did some Gondola runs and National and Nose Dive. Cold (0) in the AM going up to about 10 degrees. Wind wasn't bad so manageable.
Pictures are all powder in the woods shots as that is what caught my attention today.
