Kettle Cove, Crescent, Two Lights SP

Three State Parks today. All within a mile of each other. Kettle Cove and Crescent Beach are actually connected. Crescent is a long beach to walk along with trails at one end and Kettle Cove on the other. Crescent Beach is popular in the summer and Kettle Cove also got busy after about 10:00. Two Lights on the other hand had very few people. Open ocean park with rough rocks. Not a lot of trails but nice wave watching and Ocean access.

Biddeford - Day 2

Today we went to Fortunes Rock Beach. We took a path down to the beach after parking near the top of 7th Street near Saint Brendons Chapel. Nice long beach walk. Cape Porpoise Kitchen is a good place to eat further South of here. We also stopped at the Franciscan Monastery and Saco Heath Preserve at the end of the day.

Smith Preserve (map below) is larger area of woods trails. Around 10 miles. Looks good for easy mountain biking. Should return with bikes some day.
