We visited Bob and Lesley for 2 days in Biddeford. It was cloudy with light rain off and on both days but not enough to have us change any outdoor activities. On this day everyone went for a bike ride looping around Kennebunkport. I went to a few new to me preserves in the area:
Timber Point Trail - This is a nice walk out to an island. You need to go at low tide so you can walk to the island. The people who preserved the land had a house on the ocean just before the island. The house is still there but no one lives there. A lot of ocean access on this trail and the island is an interesting walk.
East Point Audubon Sanctuary - This is a walk along undeveloped ocean. It is at a point and you can see over to an Wood Island that has a light house on it. You need to park along the road to access the area.
