Ferry Beach State Park

We went to Ferry Beach State Park and Clifford Park in Saco. Ferry Beach State Park is a long stretch of beach with the Saco river on the South. There are also about of mile of trails that go near a pond, woods, and swamp. Today it was hazy from wild fires in Canada.

Clifford Park is near the center of Saco where all the old mill buildings are. This park appears to be an old quarry although this is a guess. OK trails in the woods. Probably not worth returning to. We also walked around the mill buildings in town before heading home.
