Pictures from walking around Savannah and some of hotel. Hotel had a lot of art in the hallways and in the common rooms.
We went to the Mercer house where the Garden Of Good and Evil book took place partly. 10K square foot house with lots of European antiques. Owner made his living importing antiques and selling them from store that was on the other side of the sunken garden. Lots of monuments to confederate army and grave yard next to hotel had some generals and other people from 1700-1850. Nice walkable town that isn't too big. River at one end which is a nice place to walk also.
