It was cloudy today but nice. 50 in the am, which felt very warm compared to yesterday, going up to 60. Comfortable day. I went to popular places today. Crowded in the parking lots and < .5 away from parking lots. Hiking was nice and didn't see many people once I got beyond the .5 mile boundary. Road was very busy. You could move along but cars everywhere. Keep in mind that this is mid week in October. Most of the season this park is too crowded.
Some very colorful trees. It seems like peak here or slightly past.
A little rain tonight and then sunny tomorrow. That is what they say.
