Missisquoi National Wildlife refuge

 There are four trail areas at the Missisquoi refuge. I went to three. The first was the Black Creek and Maquam Creek trails. This is a loop mostly along the river. Nice trail and like all these trails it would probably be a good place to go in the Spring. The jeep trail goes along the Missisquoi river. This is a longer trail that also goes through some interesting woods and marsh. Finally I went on the loop at the visitors center. Short loop, 1 mile, lots of board walks. Saw various ducks during the day and small birds. Stopped by Alburgh Dunes State park in way back.
