We visited Ed, Diane, Wanda, Andre in Skowhegan. Nice well maintained and clean KOA. We went walking on trails at LC Bates museum of natural History. Trails have some interesting stone chimneys and monuments from the early 1900's. Trails are not maintained in areas.
We also went to:
Messalonskee Stream Trail. A walk above the stream with a few stream access points. Very dry in Maine right now.
Colby College trails and art museum. Trails are seldom used but OK walk in the woods. The art museum has some interesting things but mostly not that exciting in my opinion.
