Biking SW of the cottage in the AM. Rural farm area with straw, hay, corn, and soy bean farms. The ride was half dirt road and half paved. A fair amount of shade which was much appreciated given the temperatures were in the 80s. We saw a few deer, lots of rabbits, and a number of goats.
Texas Hollow from Perry City. 31 miles. Mixed gravel and road (50/50).

In the afternoon we went swimming and also did some paddle boarding. Lake is warm but refreshing.
