Two short hikes today on the Grand Junction side of the monument.
Echo Canyon: 3 miles RT along a canyon with some water. Lots of trees and plant life from the water. The trail ends at a cliff that is a waterfall on big rain events.
Devils Kitchen: A classic 1.5 mile RT hike to some rock spires. Always a good one.
Short walk along the Colorado River along the Fruita bike trail at the end of the day.
Big temperature change today. 45 in the AM going up to 80.
