We started at the intersection of 128 and the main road in Moab. They have a nice bike path that goes along the river near 128 and also goes North to the Canyonlands access road. We did both routes which was 21 miles. Heading North you go by mountain bike trails. I went on one on the way back. A mix of red dirt and slick rock. I have not been on slick rock much so that was interesting. Great views pretty much the entire ride. River, mountain, red rocks. Sunny and 60 which is near perfect biking weather.
After a break we went up to Arches and biked 10 miles on the road there. We parked at balanced rock and went to the Delicate Arch access road and back. A significant up and down on this route!
