Moosilaukee

This is the mountain I tried to go up Sunday. Sunday there were 30 cars. Today (Tue) there were 3. No more hiking on weekends around here.
Moosilaukee is 4800 feet and the hike is 8 miles plus 2 miles today since the road up to the lodge was closed. A consistent ascent to the top with no real steep sections. Higher than the other mountains I have climbed recently but not as difficult. Perfect blue sky day with temps around 50 at elevation and 60 lower. I did a loop up Gorge Brook Trail and down Carriage road and Snapper trail. I also went up South Peak which is above 4K feet but not one of the New Hampshire 4K footers since it is too close to Moosilaukee.
