Colorado NM

Since it was such a a nice day I decided to go to Colorado National Monument in the afternoon. A lot of short walks except for Ute Canyon which was a mountain hike in reverse. Steep down then return. Very quiet area with sheep scat. Speaking of sheep I saw a number on the road when I first got there.

I could see and hear climbers on Independence Monument pictured below. They were starting down from top. This is the side that has the common climbing route.
