More skiing

Today was better than expected. Warm and sunny was a given but I was able to stay on North facing trails all day. This made for a full ski day. Still good when I left at 3:00, I was just out of energy. Lots of explosions in the distance. Avalanche control. Stayed primarily on Orange bubble and super condor lifts.

short river walk after skiing. On drive back to hotel. Hotel has some nice walking also. Maybe tomorrow?

Cooler tomorrow but still Spring skiing. I thought today that I have not cancelled any day plans based on weather yet during this trip. Surprising! Tue May be the first day?

3/28 update:
Another day of Spring skiing although significantly cooler and cloudy today. Kept the snow good in the afternoon on more trails. Tomorrow is supposed to be stormy. Snow, rain, wind. Probably a day off from skiing which is probably a good thing after 8 days!

Summary of Utah skiing - Snow Basin was a pleasant surprise. Great mountain and I went there on pretty nice days. The beginning of the skiing was winter, turning to early Spring, turning to late Spring last weekend. Park City has plenty of good skiing it just takes a while to figure out where it is and how to not ride sideways on the lift system. With Snow Basin switching to Icon pass that will be the best pass for Utah next year. Lift lines have really not been an issue at all which is great. Even last weekend. Part of that is learning where it gets busy and staying away. Mostly these are areas I don't want to be anyway.

Not a great day for pictures:
